Raphaël, the Chef who trained at the Lenôtre School of Cuisine, will delight you with his passion for French Cuisine with the “produits du terroir” (local products and delicacies) as well as delicious and unique French pastries.

Your day will start with a sumptuous breakfast served on the terrace or in the dining room :

  • tea, coffee or hot chocolate, fresh fruit juices, home-made jams and honey as well as croissants & breads, fresh seasonal fruit salad, and various local products like cheese and French special ‘charcuterie’ will be served.

In the evening and on demand only, you will share an ‘apéritif’ and enjoy dinner at ‘La Table d’Hôtes’ : Raphael will take you on a journey of discovery of the French gastronomy.

The menu served at ‘La Table d’hôtes’ changes every evening, depending on the season and on the products found on the market.

As depicted by the red logo on our home page, Domaine de la Brugere and ‘La Table d’Hôtes’ have been recognised by Michelin Guide since 2015.

Le menu change tous les jours et est établi en fonction du marché et de la saison. Un soin particulier est apporté à la sélection des produits :

  • Viande bovine d’origine locale (limousine), volailles de la ferme, fruits et légumes bio en provenance des maraîchers locaux…
